Two story, recently renovated, tastefully decorated, modern, Air conditioned (spit system downstairs and portable in 2 bedrooms), fully furnished home

Popular boutique shops - organic food market, cafes and restaurants across the road

Three bedrooms
Fully equipped kitchen, dining table for six, lounge room, laundry, outdoor setting, BBQ and unlimited internet.

This home is perfect for a large family with children or a group of friends exploring Perth's amazing northern beaches.
All bedrooms have electronic pin code door locks, wardrobes with drawers.

Family room includes surround sound stereo, SMART TV with YouTube, internet etc., couches, massage chair and dining table that seats six.

Kitchen with all modern appliances, Dishwasher, large fridge & Freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, gas cooker, crockery, pots, pans and utensils.

Two upstairs bathrooms. One from the master bedroom ensuite, second with a large bath and shower. Third bathroom downstairs with a shower. Three separate toilets in the house.

Guests will Not be able to access the following area's which are used for storage and doors will be locked: Garage, Wardrobe in Master Bedroom, downstairs study.

The booking was cancelled on arrival due to an unexpected property issue identified immediately prior to check-in, which meant the home was not suitable to host guests to the standard I require. The decision was made in the interest of guest safety and comfort. I understand this was inconvenient and apologise for the disruption. The issue was addressed promptly after this date, and procedures have since been put in place to ensure this does not occur again. Thank you for your understanding. — Giselle
