This magnificent estate sits half way up the hill behind Havasu Dunes Resort on the corner of Jones Drive and Magnum Drive just West of the Lake Havasu Golf Club. Less than 10 minutes from the World Famous London Bridge, Lake Havasu Marina and a plethora of restaurants, grocery, and shopping.

NOTE: Pool Heat is optional and requires a $75/night ($400/week) Pool Heat Fee. Payment & request must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure the pool will be heated at arrival.

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Havasu takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.
