Great Location Downtown Vancouver

The location is great. The unit is a lower unit, below ground and was small, but adequate. With a larger unit above, it was a bit noisy with foot traffic, etc. throughout the day and early mornings.

Would not stay again

The property was in a great location. Walking distance to most places. No mention of the property being in a basement. Upstairs tennants were very noise in the middle of the night. Cleanleness wasnt the greatest, and the home had an awful musty/stale laundry smell.I would not stay at this property again

Good place, poor communication

Leading up to the day we stayed, Michelle was timely in her responses. She even offered car service to take us to the airport after checkout. The day of the stay, she stopped communicating. We offered for us to drop our luggage off early so we could explore the city before check in, but stopped responding which made it very difficult to drop the bags off. We waited at the place for an hour after she said we could off drop our bags while repeatedly messaging her. We were finally able to get in to drop our bags off, but still had no response from her. I had also asked verification on the time of our ride to the airport, but again got no response. We ended up having to walk to the train and taking public transport to the airport. She was very friendly leading up to the stay, but the lack of response the day of made it very frustrating and difficult. The place itself was beautiful and very clean. There was even a farmers market happening right outside when we checked out.

Perfect location, great accommodations

My friends and I were impressed with this cute, modern apartment. It was cozy and clean, but most of all, located in a great part of the city that made it very walkable.

Clean, cute and cozy

This home was the perfect size for our family of four. It was clean and had everything we needed. This is a great location of you want to be in walking distance of shops, eateries, and public transportation. Overall it was a really good experience. The master bed is missing cross boards to support the mattress (easy to fix) so the mattress sags a lot. The listing says there is a hot tub, further in the listing it states there is a hot tub in the bathroom. There is NO hot tub. I’m guessing the owner was trying to say there is a bathtub. The owner never responded when I asked about the hot tub.

About the host

Host profile image
My name is Michelle and welcome to my little home.
This is a place filled with memories and stories. I lived here with my two sons for five years—our laughter, growth, and the passing seasons have quietly become part of every corner of this home. Now that we’ve moved to another city, this little world of ours is beginning a new chapter, welcoming friends from all over the world.

I’ve always believed that a home is more than just a space—it’s a vessel for time, for feeling. As a host, my greatest hope is to offer travelers a gentle place to pause, where even in a new city, they can feel a sense of peace and belonging.

Thank you for choosing to stay here. I hope this home becomes a soft and memorable part of your journey.
