This was our second stay at this house. Everything was perfect. Beautiful house with the best location and we saw beautiful deer across the street when we looked out the living room window. What a bonus!
Our stay at this property wonderful! We especially appreciated the rapid response to replace the broken Keurig, which made a huge difference for us coffee lovers. The location was also ideal, with Whiskey Row only a 5 minute drive away. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable time, and we highly recommend it!

Cute place, great location
The house is beautifully decorated and we loved how close it was to town and all the activities we planned that weekend. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. We also appreciated that the house is dog friendly and we all loved the fenced backyard! The dog door was a huge bonus. The guest contact was responsive to our questions as well. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely stay there again. Thank you!
I enjoyed my time at this rental house. It is exactly as depicted in the listing. Great location which is walkable to downtown as long as you can handle the hills coming back. Nice quiet neighborhood on a busy side street. Love that it was pet-friendly and some basic pet items available to use. Love the historic Craftsman style!!!

Lovely getaway!
All of the pictures and the description of this Park Avenue property are absolutely true! It was spotless and beautifully decorated. We spent four wonderful nights here and we loved it. The location was very close to Courthouse Square and shopping and zillions of dining choices. We brought our 4 year old dog Katie and went for many walks up and down the neighborhood hills. When we’d get back she’d enjoy watching the activity on Park through the picture windows. Our last day we all were excited to see 7 deer come from the woods and cross the street in front of the house. Then when we went for a walk we saw them again up the street! It was a great stay and we’d love to go back!
Adorable House with every amenity you cold need and gorgeously decorated. Seamless check in & the contact, Katie, was great when we need something. The street is a bit busy, a fan on or a small sound machine worked great at night. We brought 2 dogs. The yard was good but I wouldn't leave a dog out alone. The dogs & us loved the walk around the quaint neighborhood. Nice neighbors. We would rent again.
Beds were super comfy …. Zzzz. We stayed a week . Property was as described . Even had a Peloton bike
Equipped well with condiments for cooking, coffee etc . Our puppy had a great time in the yard .. it was fenced n enclosed .
Close proximity to downtown n highways .
Ample parking for 2 cars
Would highly recommend

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Good location overall
Pros- inside of the house is soo cute! Clean and well stocked. Love the separate doors for different parts of the house. It helped manage the dogs easily.
Location is central to the center of town. Easily walkable. (Although the street in front is busy and noisy down the Day)
Love the gas stove and kitchen area.
Living room is cozy for two but watching TV is not as comfortable as it could be. ( really need two chairs)
The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable! Bathroom is well stocked with towels! Super cute inside
Outside-
Unkempt! Weeds, patio furniture was messy with tree droppings and fire pit was too. This back yard has the potential to be soo relaxing and inviting but because it was not maintained it just wasn’t. I only let the dogs out when I was with them as the fence is only about 4ft. If you Have a jumper this yard is not safe.
There is no washer/dryer on premise. (But sure there is room.)
Overall… I would stay here again. But I would hope that next time, the yard would be kept up and add to the living space of this small but quaint cottage!
