Vilas das Gaivotas is a secure condominium with 16 houses, with swimming pool, lounge with barbecue and a parking space for each chalet.
The houses have kitchen, toilet, living room, dining room, barbecue with a beautiful backyard and upstairs 2 suites.
In the suites has a double bed, in the other has a single bed for 4 people.


Great location on 1st. parallel street to the beach, at the bottom of Hotel 27, near the square for extreme sports and walks by the beach.
