Any tax increases after booking will be added to the guest's final invoice. - Enhanced cleaning with EPA approved cleaning products - We require an email address, phone number, mailing address, and signed contract for all reservations - Same-day bookings require a 4-hour notice prior to check-in. Please confirm availability before booking - Because of enhanced cleaning, early check-ins and late check-outs are typically not available - Community pool availability is weather-dependent and managed solely by the neighborhood HOA. The pool is open from approximately late March-October, but varies by year. If pool access is important for your stay, we suggest confirming availability with Reservations before booking and/or altering your plans as necessary. - This home is NOT pet-friendly.

Beautiful property. All the essentials provided with tons of kitchen appliances. Love all the extras in the garage!! Only complaint is the bunk beds were very creaky and every movement could be felt. Definitely better for kids rather than all adults. Did not make it to the hot tub. Was able to fit 3 JL Wranglers, 2 Gladiators and a TJ in the garage driveway and in the street (blocking our driveway in). Property managers were super helful when we left items behind and had to come back to pick them up. Would love to stay in this unit or try any of the others owned by Empty Spaces on our next trip back!!
The unit was in excellent condition. Great layout and very well supplied. Everything you could need in the kitchen and the garage was great and stocked with games and everything you need to keep the mountain bikes going. Will definitely stay here again!
This was the perfect place for a large family to stay. Fun pool, comfortable beds, and great amenities. We had enough room for everyone to have their own space, but there were also places to gather when we all wanted to be together.
Clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, really a great place, will def stay again.

Glad we chose this house because the location and room set up was perfect for our friends and family. The hosts were great and we had everything we needed in the house.
