This charming, newly renovated apartment is located on St. Claude Avenue in the Marigny neighborhood of New Orleans, a bustling area with many great restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Located less than a mile from Esplanade Avenue, guests can expect a 10 minute scenic walk to reach the French Quarter with the option to hit a few Frenchmen Street destinations along the way. Large TV in the living room and one in each bedroom.
The Space:
The apartment is a second floor walk-up apartment, loaded with windows to provide great light in the home. Full kitchen, family room, dining room and bathroom included. The bedrooms are furnished with spa quality linens, and comfortable mattresses. While there is typically free street parking in immediate vicinity to the apartment entrance, there is no dedicated parking space. with vibrant nightlife including music venues, a karaoke bar, indoor arcades, theaters and dive bars. If you plan to spend a night in, the apartment is equipped with roll down black out shades and sound machines to allow an escape from the activity.
This home does contain a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

The Marigny is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in New Orleans due to the colorful homes, music, food and nightlife. It is the best way to experience the local New Orleans vibe!
Getting Around:
The streetcar is about a 10-minute walk from the home and can take you to most parts of the city. This is a very walkable neighborhood. You can also rent bikes though the city Blue Bike kiosks.
Other Things to Note:
Per New Orleans City requirements, this home contains a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom.
