About this property

Cottage with swimming pool in the countryside

Cottage of 130 m2 for 6 people. It consists on the ground floor of a dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen (fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher ...) and a living room overlooking the garden and space swimming pool. Upstairs, two large bedrooms (each with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed). A bathroom with hydromassage shower. Separate WC.
The living room is equipped with a 2-seater convertible sofa to eventually spread out the beds.
Upon arrival, the beds will be ready.
Outside, a terrace equipped with a garden furniture with barbecue overlooking a private garden.
Free access to the owners' swimming pool and to a games room where there is a ping-pong table.
At your request, we can provide something to accommodate babies (cot, changing table, stroller, high chair, bath ...).

A spacious accommodation with a lovely host. The property was clean with all the facilities you need for your stay. We were even told to help ourselves to fresh vegetables from the allotment, which were lovely, especially the tomatoes.

Grand gîte propre, au calme, à la campagne avec 2 chambres immenses, un espace extérieur avec de quoi faire un barbecue. Il est très bien situé entre Carcassonne et Toulouse et à proximité de toutes les commodités. Olivier est un hôte accueillant, disponible et très discret à la fois. Petit bémol, la piscine n’était pas disponible car on est venu en février.

Séjour parfait !

Le gite est plein de charme, décoré avec goût et bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très discrets. Bien que leur logement soit mitoyen, la terrasse du gite est complètement indépendante. Elle est ombragée et très agréable pour prendre les repas. La situation géographique est parfaite pour visiter la région depuis Toulouse jusqu'à la Méditerranée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Nickel! reposant et au calme.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce gite en Juillet 2018. Malgré les fortes chaleur, le gite reste bien au frais et Alexia et Olivier sont très gentils et hyper discrets. Pas mal de choses à voir dans le coin et les enfants ont très apprécié la piscine et les animaux de la ferme (les parents aussi d'ailleurs). Merci pour leur accueil et pour les petits cadeaux à notre arrivée dans le frigidaire!.

Excellentes vacances !

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans un gîte tout confort et parfaitement conforme à la description. La région est superbe et nous ne nous sommes pas ennuyés (malgré 3 ados avec nous) avec les balades dans Carcassonne, Toulouse, les Pyrénées, la montagne noire, la plage ... Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à faire la connaissance d'Olivier et Alexia ainsi que de leur famille. Ils sont discrets tout en restant disponibles en cas de besoin. Parfait pour la découverte, le repos et le calme.

Un super séjour !

Un gite magnifique dans un cadre idyllique pour se reposer ! La localisation de la villa permet de rayonner entre les différentes choses à voir que ce soit la montagne noire, la cité de Carcassone, les chateaux cathares... Les propriétaires sont discrets et disponibles pour leur locataire ! Commerces à proximité. Bref nous recommandons le gite pour tous ceux qui voudraient découvrir cette belle région!

Gîte très confortable et accueil chaleureux

Le gîte est au milieu de la verdure mais les commerces ne sont pas loin. Le confort est optimal avec une superbe cuisine équipée. Les propriétaire ont été au petit soins avec nous. Ont sent qu'ils n'ont qu'un seul objectif : le bien être de ses vacanciers. Nous avons appréciés les animaux de la ferme et nous avons vu naître deux petits agneaux. Pour celles et ceux qui recherche tranquillité, nature et ballade à pied ou en VTT, je recommande ce gîte sans hésiter.

De super vacances familiales

Un séjour marqué par les 1ères expériences : la notre tout d'abord pendant 3 semaines en juillet 2013 dans cette belle région très diversifiée (on rayonne très aisément et rapidement de Toulouse à Narbonne), que nous ne connaissions pas, dans un gite tout rénové, spacieux, avec de l’espace extérieur pour les jeux des enfants en plus de la petite piscine et du ping pong couvert . Ensuite, celle des nouveaux propriétaires dont nous étions les premiers locataires. Jeune couple sympathique, discret, disponible et serviable à qui nous souhaitons beaucoup de succès dans le tourisme rural. Une grosse caresse à Ulysse (leur chien). Bref, on a aimé et cela nous donne un goût de revenez-y... Isabelle, Jean-Philippe, Corentin et Baptiste
