This fantastic home is located on prestigious Linden Road, just a few short minutes from The Village of Pinehurst! This 4 bed/4 bath home offers peace, quiet and plenty of space for a group of 8 looking to get away. This open floor plan is great for entertaining! The large living room offers a mounted flat screen TV, gas fireplace, and sitting room with game table. Grill and relax on the private back deck and patio, or enjoy watching the world go by on the front porch rocking chairs. The home is great for 8 golfers, and located close to several Sandhills area golf courses! Home has a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig. Please no more than 5 cars at vacation home. Bed configurations are as follows:
Primary- 2 Queen Beds.
Bedroom 2- 2 Double Beds.
Bedroom 3- 1 Queen Bed, 1 Double Bed.
Bedroom 4- 2 Queen Beds.

Great House, quiet location

No complaints whatsoever. Would stay in this home again, plenty of space, especially if you share with another family or relatives. Great common areas but you can disappear for some chillout time when or if necessary.

Pinehurst on Linden

This house is great. We had four guys on a golf trip, and because of the Corona Virus each of us wanted our own bedroom and our own bath. 😷 Everything was in working order, but we were short a set of keys, which was replaced after a day or so. It would be great to have a key pad lock, instead of a lock box...so much more convenient! Everyone was satisfied with their beds, and the furniture in family room and seating area is super comfortable..ottomans for everything 👍🏻 We didn’t grill but thought about it..however the propane tank looked very old so we passed. 🤷🏼‍♂️ I would rent again for sure!

DIRTY SHEETS & NO INTERNET

So embarrassed as my guests who were staying in the back bedroom reported that their sheets were stained with pee stains on one bed and blood on the other. I checked...and they were. Also, no one had Internet access even though we checked the Router and it was on. The details on how to access the network which were left in the house were incorrect. Disappointing and Frustrating from my perspective.

Thanksgiving 2020

Nice big house - plenty of room. A few maintenance concerns (broken set of blinds, water stains on ceiling), a few dishes were dirty and a few towels were stained. Overall a nice property. I would definitely stay again if these were addressed.

Rental property exceeded expectations. We left some minor comments for improvement in the rental. Unfortunately our golfing experience at Southern Pines was substandard. We did not learn of the overseeding and cart restrictions until we got to the first tee. The course was overwatered and the rough was marshy. If we had some forewarning we would have chosen a different venue. We only played eight holes and left. The desk personnel were not very helpful when we shared our concerns with them.
