Great place to stay!

It is truly a great place to stay, situated in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, yet just a mile away from downtown and all its offerings. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

I had to contact Homes by Villatel the day before our check in date because I did not receive check in instructions. Then when I tried to check in, the check in code was not correct. When I called Homes by Villatel, someone answered right away and gave us the correct codes. I also ordered an additional pack-in-play and did not receive one. When I called Homes by Villatel I was told that an additional pack-play was not guaranteed and I would not get one that day. I was traveling with my family who had a set of twins that were two years old and needed the extra pack-in play. I was also told that we had to provide our own sheets for the pack-in-plays. When making the reservation, I was not told to bring sheets. However, the house had plenty of room for 6 adults and 6 children. The whole family enjoyed the swimming pool and outdoor space. The kids loved all the games and the movie room.

Beautiful Place

Everything was excellent! Everything we needed or wanted all week! The pool is awesome! Plenty of space for everyone. Great location, and very easy to relax and enjoy.

The house was very nice and well kept. It had plenty of space for the whole family and the kids loved the themed room as well as the pool. All of the games worked and we had no problems. When trying to contact Villatel they were available and friendly to speak with. We would stay again!

luxury experience!

Our trip was absolutely amazing! One of my favorite moments was sipping my morning coffee on the back porch, admiring the stunning view of the pool. I must say, the pool area was exceptionally well-maintained and added an extra touch of luxury to our experience.

Family vacation

House was great - kids loved the Mermaid bunk room, pool, basketball & PacMan games and game room. Community pool was a plus. Kids loved the addition of Face painting on the 4th and adults enjoyed the music. Beach access was also a plus! Great time enjoyed by all - we’ll be back!

Amazing property!

We feel incredibly fortunate to have had the chance to visit once again and secure this amazing property. It not only offered us plenty of space, but its prime location was a true gem. One of our favorite features were the screened-in porches, which added an extra touch of charm and relaxation. Without a doubt, this will be our top choice for future trips!

It was an amazing place to stay. They house was clean and comfortable for the 10 of us. Our only gripe was the internet was spotty while trying to watch movies in the movie room. It just made us spend more time together lol

Great stay at this very fun property

Perfect location! 5-minute walk to the beach. Nice pool, hot tub. House was clean and spacious, beds comfortable, kitchen fairly well-stocked, although no basics like salt and pepper, foil, baggies or measuring cups. Plenty of beach towels! Access to clubhouse pool was nice. Kids loved the arcade games. We would return. Excellent stay!

Fun house with great location!

We loved this house, it had plenty of space for our big family group and a fun kids bedroom! The game rooms and theater room was perfect for rainy days, and it was a quick 2 block walk to the beach. The only feedback I have is it would be nice to have an entry rug by the front door and sliding door as it gets slippery in and out of the pool.

A great vacation home

My only complaint is the lack of dishwasher soap and garbage bags- only 1 each. Had to purchase more-obviously! The dishwasher is not anchored. When we loaded:unloaded it, it would tip forward, beds were comfortable.

I’ve never been charged to use a bbq grill in my life. I’ve never had a rental threaten so many fines in my life. It had us walking on egg shells the entire trip. They were generous enough to leave two dishwasher detergent bags, and two laundry detergent bags. Was expensive to have the pool heated. Extra fees/ cleaning were excessive compared to recent rentals I have Booked. Never again with Villatel
