BMR off-road trip!

Great place to stay with kids! About 15 minutes from Disney but totally worth the drive! Plenty of room For trailers. Would also be a great spot for tournament fisherman.

Enjoyable Stay

Perfect location for the event we were attending. Very comfortable and cozy house for our families stay with our dogs. A dog friendly property. We so enjoyed taking daily walks around the lake. If we are ever in the area again, we will gladly stay here.Dave was a wonderful, helpful host.

Weekend getaway

We rented this for our adult children to spend the weekend with us as we have a home in The Coves nearby. Our boat is in a slip at Arrowhead so the location was ideal. We will definitely look at this property again.

Roomy for the family!

So nice to find a place that we could stay while visiting family. Our daughters enjoyed watching wildlife from the window. Bathtub was amazing to give baths to our littles. Thanks again!

Nice House that fit our needs

Nice house that fit our needs. There were things in the house that needed to be fixed such as the floors, appliances in the kitchen, etc. That would have made the stay better.

House is very nice but there were issues

The house is very nice. Perfect for small and large groups. The beds are comfortable. It is nice and open. Great spot on Grand Lake. The kitchen is wonderful. There were a couple of issues that were taken care of after a few phone calls. It could have been cleaner.

The property allowed 2 pets. My dogs are both small and weigh less than 20 lbs. The back yard was clean and free of any other pet waste. I stayed in the bedroom downstairs and it has a door that leads to the back yard. I get up in the middle of the night to let my dog outside, and i see 4 deer laying in the back yard! That was the best part of my stay. The kitchen was clean, but we did need to rewash some of the dishes. They dishwasher didn't get everything clean. The bathroom upstairs was infested with bugs. I think it was ladybugs. Some of the furniture was broken.. The basketball hoop was broken prior to our arrival. That wasn't bad bc we just used one hoop. The beds were comfy and looked beautiful when we arrived. It is listed with an Afton address but it is actually in Ketchum. The host was friendly and the Evolve team were quick in answering any questions i had prior to my arrival. All in all, it was a nice stay, in the country with minimal noise. I would rent this place again except it is too far from where i actually needed to be.

Giving it three stars due to the issues we had. The property manager, David, was awesome. He was attentive and did everything he could to fix the problems that arose. 1. A/c units both went out. It appears to be a wiring issue. They were able to fix one of the units, but the second unit for upstairs never came back on which made the conditions unpleasant.2. Issues with the outdoor grill. The ignition on the grill wouldn’t work. Had to go buy a lighter sensor wasn’t one in the house and still couldn’t get the grill to light. Even if we could’ve got it to light I don’t know if we would’ve had enough propane to grill what we wanted to3. There were power surges that were constantly happening that impacted the lighting, the TV and the air conditioning units4. The fan and light above the stove were in operable. This made it a challenge to cook and made the house extremely smoky when we did.5. If the microwave was run, it would make the lighting flicker.Dealing with these issues during our stay just added another element we were not anticipating while we were on vacation.For the most part, it was well appointed and had what we needed but these issues just made everything in complete
