About this property

Keep it simple in this cosy cedar clad home. Big views of Mt Roy from the huge hardwood deck bordering a large grassy reserve.

The house is near new with everything included to make your stay enjoyable! Make use of the modern 5 seater hot tub and soak in the snow capped views.

4 bed (all doubles, 1 room is a garage conversion) 2 bath. The house can sleep 8pax, but is best suited for 6pax maximum due to size.

Next door to mountain biking in Sticky Forest, lake swimming down at the outlet or lakefront and only 40 mins to the Cardrona/Treble Cone ski lifts make this home an adventure seekers paradise. The Northlake tennis courts, pump track and cafes are an easy 2 min walk away.

Completed in June 2021 this house has all the modern comforts. Sun filled kitchen and lounge makes for relaxing living. A big 2m x 2m hot tub with refreshed water for your stay is perfect for soaking in the views or star gazing at night. The property borders a large grassy reserve, perfect for playing the selection of lawn games provided.

In winter load up the log burner to warm up after a day on the ski slopes. A heat pump in the dining area warms the whole house when the fire can’t be tended to. Each bedroom has a thermostat heater. The house comes equipped with a Traeger pellet smoker bbq, fully stocked drinks fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, Vogels Muesli/milk and brand new 55” smart LG tv. 4 double bedrooms, one of which is a garage conversion. 2 off street car parks and always plenty of space for more vehicles in the quiet street. Plenty of storage space for skis and bikes.

All the right touches

A great house with all of the right touches! Lots of useful items in the pantry, milk and drinks in the fridge and chocolates on the table. Nicely decorated and quite comfortable.
