The best spot in Highlands! Only one block from Main Street and the Old Edwards Inn, this five bedroom house has a unique mix of modern and mountain and is wonderful for large groups or multiple families. Floor to ceiling windows and a huge back porch look over Harris Lake and Satulah Mountain. On the ground floor there are two luxury suites separated by a living room. Each suite has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Upstairs there's a large great room perfect for gathering. A fireplace, dining table for ten, modern kitchen, powder room, master suite with dual vanities, freestanding tub and shower and a massive covered deck round out the second floor. Two laundry rooms, WIFI. 65in HD tv. Off-street parking for six cars. This mountain retreat is just waiting for you!

We (Laird&Matt) have been coming to the highlands for over 20 years. Being Atlanta residents we love the cool weather and laid back attitude of the mountains.
Why they chose this property
We walked by this property for years and always thought it would be the perfect place to build a home. It is on a lake, has amazing views of the mountains and is only one block from Main Street and Old Edwards Inn! It really has it all. We never would have imagined we'd be able to acquire the property, and when we did we set out on a two year journey to design and build a perfect place for extended families to gather.
What makes this property unique
We love that we can park our cars for the weekend and just relax. We can look at the lake and the mountains and then walk to Main street in a less than a minute. We designed the house so that two families could each have two bedrooms and a bath and then a couple could stay up in the master bedroom. Everyone gets an equally great place to stay.
