About this property

Tintern– Perfect for families - bay views & historic

If you're planning a group trip, Tintern is the perfect choice! This beautifully renovated, spacious house features a north-facing verandah with stunning views, two Smart TVs, good internet, and a cozy gas log fireplace. Located at the gateway to the Central Coast, this home is just a skip from Point Clare Station, Gosford, Woy Woy, beaches, and wonderful walking tracks. Whether you're looking for a summer escape or a cozy winter retreat, Tintern provides the perfect backdrop for your getaway.
The space
Welcome to this spacious home designed by the notable architect Richard Shute in the early 1900s. Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this spacious home offers water and suburban views. A federation house, Tintern has been restored with a sense of fun and enjoyment in mind. It’s the perfect place for you to connect and create lasting memories with your loved ones.

- Relax on the sunny front verandah or the back patio, take in the sweet scent of the flowers and feel at peace.
- Curl up in the library by the log fire and immerse yourself in one of our books.
- Stroll or ride your bike along the nearby track along the Brisbane Water while sipping your coffee
- Treat yourself to a sleep-in, in one of our spacious bedrooms.
- Relax together with one of our games or jigsaw puzzles.

The large, refreshed kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals while enjoying the beautiful water view.

This renovated family home with three lounge areas has plenty of room for kids and adults to do their own thing in peace, or come together in one place.

Surrounded by gardens, Tintern has two outdoor spaces for you to enjoy. The under-cover alfresco dining area with BBQ, or the front verandah, which runs almost the full length of the house and looks out over the district and lovely Jacaranda trees.

The two bathrooms have been updated, one with a shower and a bath, and the other with a separate shower and toilet.

Tintern has many accessibility features. There is one step of 10cm into the house. The house is level. Living areas have polished timber floors and large areas for circulation. There are grab rails in the showers. A plastic shower chair and chair over the toilet can be provided on request.

Tintern has ducted air conditioning, wifi, Smart TVs. The private study has a view over the garden and good internet access.

Pets are allowed by agreement. We reserve the right to say no. Extra cleaning fees apply. Pets are to be predominantly outside and are not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms.

Our cleaning fee reflects that Tintern is a large house. Providing fresh clean linen and a spotless house hours takes hours work by multiple cleaners.

We look forward to sharing the magic of Tintern with you.

A nice surprise
Liz's place was a nice surprise. The photos are nice in the listing but we were really impressed and blown away by the space. The outside area is nice and the high ceilings are great. The improvements they have made to the place particularly in the bathrooms are very nice too. Only a short walk to the station and town.
