Master Bedroom: King size bed and ensuite and wall mounted TV. The spacious master suite has a private balcony with chairs to enjoy the afternoon sunset with a glass of wine or morning coffee. The ensuite boasts a free standing bath with double sinks, and shower. This is perfect for a parents’ retreat to enjoy some quiet moments while on holidays.
Second Bedroom: King bed (can be converted to 2x King single bed upon request).
Third bedroom: King Bed (can be converted to 2x King single bed upon request).

Fourth Bedroom: Queen size bed with separate bathroom, shower, vanity and toilet.
The modern fully equipped kitchen is an entertainers delight boasting natural stone benches, gas appliances and all of the mod-cons required. The kitchen connects with the dining room and has plenty of space for up to 10 guests or two small families. Including: breakfast bench, coffee pod machine, dishwasher, gas appliances, rangehood, microwave, kettle and toaster in the fully equipped kitchen.

The house boasts 3 televisions, located in the dining room, media room and master bedroom allowing the whole family to watch their favourite show or the media room is perfect to set the kids up to watch a movie. The living room, dining room, kitchen is open plan and the glass bi-fold doors allow the entire space to merge as one large entertaining room which will be a favourite for family get-togethers and friends catching up.
