Please be advised that there is a front desk located to the right of the Hali'i Kai gated entry where you will need to check in to get the Ocean Club pass. ***The front desk will charge a $ 25.00 per day resort fee for use of the amenities. *** You will need to pay them directly with your credit card. Cash or checks are not accepted.

No Pets Allowed: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.00 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking / or vaping of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking / vaping are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee.

**The private pool can be heated and would need to be requested from the front desk upon guest's arrival.
