The bedroom has a kingsize bed with very comfortable tempurpedic mattress and two organized closets.
The bathroom is renovated, it has beautiful Tunisian floor tiles, frameless sliding shower door and a Duravet German sink.
The apartment has a washer and dryer next to the bathroom.
The Kitchen is fully furnished, it has a microwave, dishwasher, stove and oven, a coffee maker and a refrigerator. It has silverware, dishes and china in addition to a dinning set for two.
The living room has a leather living room recliners, a charming turkish rug in addition to a cable TV and internet.
The apartment is on the first floor and is located within a walking distance to subway station, minutes away from a large variety of restaurants and shopping centers in addition to a 24 hours Gym.
Few blocks away from tennis courts, a nice walk by the east river and the Verrazano Narrows Bridge. JFK is about half an hour away by car.
The apartment is perfect for professionals, interns in the VA hospital as well as other area hospitals.
Towels and sheets are provided.
The apartment is 35-45 minutes away from Downtown Manhattan by subway.

Best transition to NYC, clean, safe and friendly

This unit was roomy, clean and comfy. It had everything I needed all in working order. Bay Ridge was an excellent location to be as I transitioned into NY. A lovely place. I would reccomnend this unit to anyone. Book here!

Spacious, well furnished, and extremely convenient

I was moving from Miami to NYC, and stayed four months in this apartment. Highlights: -- Having a supermarket on the same block, and the subway just two short blocks away was delightful. -- The apartment is very well furnished and properly equipped for comfortable living. Laundry and dryer in the unit are a great convenience. -- The owner was very helpful with various requests during my stay, and was always courteous and professional. Worth the price, and recommended without reservation.

Comfortable Stay

We had very comfortable stay in this Bay Ridge apartment. I enjoyed meeting Mr. Hanna, he was very accommodating, and accessible. The apartment was was very clean, and the king size bed was wonderful. The area was very convenient to stores and restaurants, and convenient to subway stations to travel to Manhattan. We are planning to book this apartment again next year, to visit our Daughter

Beautiful and Spacious Apartment!!

We had a wonderful two week stay at this beautiful apartment!! The description is perfectly accurate and there was actually more space than we anticipated! The property was very clean and well stocked with everyday items. The living spaces were very comfortable. We especially liked the fact that it was a ground floor apartment and the location was very good for walking to food stores and many good restaurants. The customer service was good and we would definitely recommend this property to anyone!!

This apartment has everything!

The apartment is exactly as stated. It is in a great neighborhood, very quiet, clean, near public transport. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is in the apartment. And, there are many amazing restaurants, cafés, delis. The food in Bay Ridge is plentiful, inexpensive and of quality. Thanks for such an amazing two week stay.

Would recommend highly!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and the king bed very comfortable. The location was terrific, convenient to subway, grocery shopping, and restaurants. We plan on returning in the future.
