Wonderful little bungalow with all the charm and comforts of home. Great location in a quiet neighborhood and easy walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and activities downtown. Mike and Roberta were terrific hosts. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next trip.

Sister Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy home close to downtown. The owners were very helpful and provided many great recommendations in the area. We would definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to Durango.

Lovely to be within walking distance of the downtown restaurants and shops.

Nice bedrooms and great to have 3 bathrooms for our group of family. Front porch and plantings could benefit from some TLC but overall worked very well for our visit.

Perfect Downtown Durango Stay

Fantastic location and lovely property. Beautifully renovated interior with all the comforts of home. Favorite part of this property was having morning coffee out on the front porch. Easy check-in and the the host was a pleasure to work with.

This place is in the perfect spot on a quiet street within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops (even with a 4 and 6 year old). The owner was very responsive and helpful. We had plenty space in the house, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook or bake. We would absolutely stay here again!

Could not have been better!

My husband and his fly-fishing buddy stayed at this lovely home while fishing for a week in Durango. Both men were delighted with the accommodations. The house was very well appointed/modern, the air conditioning worked great, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the house was exceptionally quiet, perfect for two tired aging fisherman following 8 hours on the water each day! Coming back to a spotless, well-furnished, tranquil abode was just what they needed (and appreciated). The owners were caring, responsive, and communicative...we appreciated the fact that we could, if needed, reach a real person instead of dealing with a remote property management team or, worse yet, an AI bot! The stay was wonderful in every way, and this delightful house will be our first choice when returning to the Durango area.

Durango in town

This great house is a short walk from all the in town highlights of Durango. The home is complete with all you need. Well stocked kitchen, laundry and baths. We felt so at home here and will definitely go back.

We were in town for a few days for a family wedding. The house itself is very comfortable...the bathrooms are incredible. Modernized and beautiful! The location is great...very quiet, and a simple, short walk to mainstreet.

Wedding week

My husband and I got married skiing on the mountain at Purgatory. The owners were amazing, and their place is charming! It was just perfect for what we needed. The location was great and close to the slopes and the Strater hotel where some of our guests were staying. I highly recommend this property.
