The main floor living space provides a spacious layout perfect for gathering everyone together. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and an island opens to the roomy dining area. Cozy up in the connected living space complete with panoramic views, flat screen tv, and built-in window seat perfect for relaxing with your favorite book or power napping. This level opens by French doors to a wrap-around screened porch with a gas grill overlooking the sandy beach and spectacular Lake Michigan views.

A full bath and laundry area complete this floor. On the second level, you will find 3 bedrooms and an additional full bath. The first bedroom has a queen bed, and lake views and opens to an attached balcony. The second bedroom also connects to this balcony with beach views and one twin and one full bed. The 3rd bedroom offers an additional full-sized bed. In the amazing 3rd-floor master suite you will find a king bed strategically placed to take full advantage of the lake views, a full ensuite bath, and access to a private deck.

The lower-level walkout provides a great additional space for plenty of fun. A pool table, and a full bath create another floor of accommodations and opens directly to walkways to the amazing beach area.

PARKING

There is space for two vehicles. Guests are responsible for locating their own parking for any additional vehicles.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Free 48-Hour Cancellation!

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
-100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT

This vacation home is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all linens, bath and beach towels as well as a starter supply of paper and cleaning products and emergency maintenance services.

All BVW Unsalted Vacations rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Damage Protection policy.

Please note that all guests are required to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of making their reservation. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the reservation. Thank you for your cooperation!
