We had a fantastic time! The house is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The location was great and the host company was top-notch! Quick, kind, and helpful in their responses. Overall, it was a great choice for our family vacation. Kitchen well-stocked and we loved all the beach extras they had available.

Wonderful Beach House

Our family of 8 loved this house! The decor is stunning and all of the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The pool was perfect for toddlers with the shallow end in the shade (adults liked this too!). We spent time fishing off of the dock and saw two manatees swim by! It’s a 4 minute walk to Pine Street and an 8 minute walk to the beach. Also the hosts were great communicators and the check in / check out process was a breeze.

The place was great. If I was to have any criticism it would be the living room furniture it was so uncomfortable. I was so surprised when compared to how the place looked. The cushions were so flat and yet lumpy. The best furniture was the master bedroom lounge chairs on the personal deck. Overall great house

The pictures don't do it justice. The pool was larger than it looks, with plenty available uncovered. The place is huge, and has room for 12, even though it's limited to 8. Plenty of seating. The location is great. Can get to the Gulf or Bay easily. It was clean and had plenty of utensils. The bicycles and kayaks were great and got used. The pool table got used a lot. Our family loved it and would go back, but may not be able to because we may have more people than 8. We didn't really have any issues, but the management company was responsive.
