Downstairs you will find an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, the centre of this home. The living space has relaxed seating, large TV and split system for both heating and cooling. The dining room has seating for 6. There is also 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter, perfect for keeping the chef company!

The kitchen offers all your expected mod cons, plenty of pantry and counter space for your stay. Outside the dining area is the garden with a decking space for enjoying the sunshine with a good book and a glass of wine.

Head upstairs to the bedrooms with a split system in the hallway. There are 2 rooms with built in robes and double beds. The third bedroom is the master that contains a Queen bed with walk in robes. It has its own ensuite with twin basins, shower and toilet.

The main bathroom has a large walk-in shower and separate bath, there is also a separate powder room with toilet.

Surf Villa is a well appointed property within easy walk of beaches and Thunder Point Reserve. Head into town, only a few minutes by car and enjoy a large selection of cafes and restaurants. Flagstaff Hill is a must for new visitors and if you have children Lake Pertobe will keep them busy for hours with multiple playgrounds, mini golf and lake boats. In the summer visit the weekend markets and over winter head to Logan's Whale Watching Platform to see the Southern Right Whales return to Warrnambool to give birth.
