Clean, well appointed cottage

Punta Villas are located two blocks from the water and two blocks from the downtown area, which makes getting around very convenient. They’re located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of great places to walk. Our unit was clean and the owners are super nice and responsive to any need. We’re looking forward to coming back next year!

Great location in historic Punta Gorda

Nice cozy and clean Villa. Great location for walking the Harbor trails and biking adventures. Plenty of activities for the month also do not forget the farmers markets on Saturday and Sunday. Hosts Nancy and Deanne run a nice business and really care about customer satisfaction. Not guaranteed but abundance of warm sunny days for March... thank you!

Great Location!

The cottage was exactly we we hoped for. Aptly named Following Sea as we are sailors! ! It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our two week stay. The check in process was a breeze! No hassle and that helped us settled in. It felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed being able to walk our dog everyday to Gilchrist Park and harbor walk. The stay confirmed our decision to move to Punta Gorda! Thank you!

Great Villas and downtown location Nancy and Deanne are wonderfu hosts.

The Villa was comfortable and well appointed. We loved the ability to walk to any downtown restaurant within 5-10 minutes. We will defiantly stay there again on our next visit.

This property is in the perfect location for walking to parks and restaurants. Also, in close proximity to many Florida attractions. The owners were very friendly and responsive to any needs we had. Great place to stay

Nice, clean, quiet place with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Everything went smoothly with the exception of a small glitch with the internet connection, but the owners responded quickly and the problem was resolved. It was very comfortable inside and out. Enjoyed sitting outside and cooking on the grill. A very short walk to downtown and to the farmers market. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Nancy has been a Florida resident for 40 years and has enjoyed living in Punta Gorda nearly 7 years and loves to be on the water enjoying all that Punta Gorda has to offer!.

Deanne is a hospitality professional having spent time in Oregon, Hawaii, Seattle, NYC and now Florida for 20 years!

We both call Punta Gorda our home now because it is such a quaint, friendly small town with so much to do!

We love to sail, walk, and bike. And we are here to help you enjoy your visit, so come and see "The Best Small City in Florida"
