Great Stay

Mike was very accommodating and polite, the stay was nice and peaceful, the apartment was clean and recently renovated, most toiletries were provided. Overall great experience!

The upper apt was comfortable, clean, spacious and close to all places to must see and do. It was a home away from home.

less than ideal

I was booked to stay in the blue door but the owner double booked the accommodation and I was moved into red door which was smaller and not set up for longer accommodations (I had rented the room for a month). Basic supplies were missing. There was pet hair and dust on the floor but otherwise clean. I think this place would be fine if if you were staying for weekend

I appreciate your feedback. The Vrbo calendar didn’t sync with Airbnb and yes it was double booked. Rather than telling you to find another accommodation last minute literally , I offered you Red door at a discount price that I gave you cash back , you gladly accepted it. You told me repeatedly it was perfect for what you needed.The morning before I knew you were coming , I had installed a stove and removed the breakfast counter to move in a table which you refused. There was no dust or pet hair anywhere because when you walked in and said it was perfect for you the floor was still drying. No basic supplies were missing, if you read the listings I don’t supply you toilet paper for a month. No host does. If you plan to stay longer and have someone stay with you every weekend, you think you would supply yourself with the basics to last the duration of your stay and the hosting of extra guests. Every week when I would see you and ask if you needed anything? You always replied everything was great. I’m shocked you didn’t ask me to supply you food and feed you also. Had I known I was receiving royalty would have rolled out the carpet and accommodated your every wish for your day to day life. I would warn other hosts to avoid a basic diva and her unmentioned guests. Less than ideal to host
