The crown pearl of Niagara Falls

this is a heritage house, its the only one unique design of buildings you can find in Niagara Falls , there is a lot of stories about this house, we are waiting for you come to explore. also, this house is located in a very great locations, closed to all the sightseeing places, only 2 minutes driving to the Falls and some minutes to all the sightseeing places you want to see.
however, no party is allowed inside or outside house, as it will cause complains from the neighbors and bring trubles to the mangement., and please do not make any noise after 11pm as we are in a very quiet residential neighborhood, we thank you for your cooperation and protect this unique buildings.
we have a bedrrom and bathroom in the main floor, it is suitable for old people who want to stay in the mainfloor bedroom instead go up to the second floor, the other bedrooms listed here are all in the second floor, need take steps up. This house have two separate units, the front part of this house is this listing, the other unit is in the back of the house, there are in another listing, each unit have separate entrance.

This place was beautiful and so perfect for our group! It has so much history and character. Communication with our host was spot on during our stay. It's in a quieter part of town, and so easy to Uber and not worry about parking. Highly recommended.

Inside the home was very nice. Lots of linens. Beds very clean. Outside property needs a little work. Too much foliage in front of house amd along the sode of the house. Parking was tough when a third car was there for the people who rented the other unit. Our group of 7 women still had a wonderful time and the many bathrooms were very appreciated!

This property is as spacious as advertised. 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms were ample enough for our party of 8. Another thing that drew us to this home was all the seating in the living room and dining room, probably can seat 10 or more. We never used the inside seating because we spent any time we were at the house on the large deck overlooking the pretty yard. Beds were comfy and clean. Laundry room is big with large washer and dryer. This home worked very well for our big group even though we couldn’t walk to the attractions. We had cars so was not a problem.

This house was such a special treat! Historic, beautiful and just overall a wonderful experience. Jade was responsive, efficient and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. Each bedroom is unique and gorgeous. The wood work, the details...perfect for our party of 6. Having 5 bedrooms each with their own bathroom (most en suite) was a game changer. Absolutely would stay here again. In a heartbeat.

My family of seven, ranging in age from 69 to 16 years old, had a wonderful experience! Having multiple bathrooms was so convenient, and the location was close to all the sights. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this location in Niagara. It's close to a small downtown area that is less touristy and was lots of fun to walk around. We were still close to the falls and all the tours, but it felt much more relaxed to be a short distance away. The house itself was so fun to explore when we first arrived. It was great to have enough beds and bathrooms for a mixed family group, and we really enjoyed ourselves!

Fun place to stay! We called it the Harry Potter House. Hosts right next door and very responsive. Perfect location to get to all the activities and restaurants close by.

Great stay in Niagara Falls!

This is the coolest house in the best location ! The house is a historic landmark and it is in absolutely fantastic shape. The yard is gorgeous and every room is clean and stocked, in addition to the really interesting and charming decor. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Our group was only 6 people so we had tons of room!

Family stay

The house was exactly what we wanted and needed. Enough room for all of us. It’s a bit of a walk to the falls but definitely do able. Any questions I asked the host got back to me within minutes. For a large group this house is perfect.

Perfect for girls weekend

Beautiful cozy home. Plenty of space to spread out between the 8 of us. Location is close enough to walk to the falls but far enough to avoid the tourist noise, perfect!! Lovely communication with our host who made us feel very welcome and safe. Absolutely will look to stay here again for our next birthday celebration. Thank you so much!

Great Weekend Stay

Beautiful old home with lots of character. The house is a little difficult to see due to the overgrown landscape. Surprisingly close to the falls but nice and quiet!

We had a great, five day stay. The house is a lovely historic property, with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, including a claw foot tub on the main level. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. There is also a large front porch with a lot of seating. The neighborhood is very quiet and is a short walk from a nice little Main Street with several restaurants (the diner was our favorite). Jade is a wonderful host. She is very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend the property and would stay there again.

Really a fun experience. We have never tried a house like this before. Everything is really well excuted as Victorian era. The house representative is really helpful and responsive. Perfectly safe and nice neighborhood. We walked to the falls or took an über. It is much cheaper than parking :-)
