Really stellar experience throughout our stay, from booking to check-out, the home was clean, comfortable, well-appointed and the property managers were very helpful and responsive. Will absolutely return
We really enjoyed our stay - the host was helpful prior to the trip; we were able to store our luggage; the beds were comfy; the house had everything we needed.
House was beautiful and plenty of room for 2 couples. Access was easy and we were very comfortable. Only complaint was parking but that’s not an issue with the property itself. Street parking an be unpredictable anywhere.
Great property in the Garden District! It was close to everything (French Quarter, restaurants, etc.), and had plenty of space for our family. There was a really nice park nearby where we could walk our dog too. Property was clean and well-stocked.
Near great restaurants in Lower Garden District and not too far from Warehouse District and the French Quarter. Accommodation was lean and the hosts were very professional
This was a perfect spot for our short sweet stay in NOLA. It was clean and felt very safe in the area. We enjoyed walking to shops and food on Magazine St. Deanie’s is a must dinner place and Crepe De Ville was the sweetest coffee and crepe place! The owners were so accommodating and helped us navigate all we wanted to do during our stay!
can’t say enough great things about this property. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and completely at home. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of that classic New Orleans charm that instantly puts you in vacation mode. Every detail felt thoughtfully planned—from the comfortable bedding and well-stocked kitchen to the local touches that made the stay feel truly special. The location was perfect! Safe, convenient, and close to all the best that New Orleans has to offer. We were just minutes away from incredible food, music, and nightlife, yet the neighborhood was peaceful enough to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. It was the ideal balance of fun and comfort. Our host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and full of fantastic recommendations for restaurants, live music, and hidden gems that made our trip unforgettable. Communication was clear and easy, and check-in was a breeze. This stay exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re coming to New Orleans and want a place that feels both luxurious and authentically local, this is the one. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect NOLA getaway!
Conveniently located two blocks from Magazine Street and the Garden District. Reasonably quiet for being on a major street (Jackson Ave). Well-furnished and appointed. High quality sheets, towels. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Generous walk-in closets in both bedrooms (each with ensuite bath). Perfect for friends or two couples.
Overall very nice, only a little noise from upstairs tenants. Unit was clean and functional. Many well thought touches like kitchen wares, umbrellas, ice, and water filter.

So glad you enjoyed the home and we hope to host you again!
Nice property that's nicely updated. Bus 11 & 91 took us most places easily.Decent neighborhood close to some good eating/drinking.More noise than we expected. The 2nd bedroom was darker and no street noise, but we heard people upstairs and the when the AC ran for them it was quite loud in our bedroom.Very kind host.
Nice place, convenient location. Check-in / check-out was easy, managers provided all needed info. Beds were comfortable, it was clean, and it had everything we needed. Nice touches, like they provided 4 nice golf umbrellas, plenty of towels, kitchen supplies etc. A bit more Irish Channel than Garden District, but a good location. It’s walking distance to restaurants & shops, we had no problem finding street parking, and felt it was a safe area. The walls are kind of thin, but the other guests weren’t too noisy. I would stay there again.

Thanks for staying with us and we hope to host you again!
We had a great time at this property! The location in the Garden district is ideal. The mansions in this district are worth a walk around. It's close to Magazine St. with great shopping and dining, and only about a 20 min. drive to the French Quarter. They've done an amazing job with a 100 year old property. It's in a great location although on a busy street which is pretty noisy. If you're a city dweller, it won't be a problem. The kitchen is sufficient with newer appliances that work well. The whole place is clean, with large bathrooms and king beds in both bedrooms.I gave 4 stars instead of 5 mostly because of the noise level. The street noise can be quite distracting which is something the owner has no control of. But the heat pumps are on the outside of one of the bedroom's wall and are extremely loud to the point of vibrating the wall itself which makes it very hard to sleep in. In the end, it's a beautiful property, well appointed and located and I would stay there again.

Nice, Clean Property, Responsive Hosts, Not Luxury
The stay was very nice and worked well for our needs, getting our daughter settle into Tulane. Check in was easy, hosts were responsive and the home was clean and comfortable. Prospective guests should also moderate their expectations in terms of it being a "luxury" property. From our experience with a range of luxury travel experiences, this property is not that. Bathrooms are large and simple, with hardware and fixtures that are loose, missing or inconvenient (shower heads at 7ft). Wood floors are pretty but uneven. Also, as it is on a corner, street noise permeates the home regularly, as does noise from upstairs guests. It wasn't a problem for us, but something to be aware of. Takeaway is that it's a fine, clean property, in a good location, with responsive hosts. Not luxury but certainly good for our stay.
