Sea Colony is a full-service resort offering 12 pools (2 indoor, plus 7 more for the kids), world ranked tennis, fitness centers with indoor pool, saunas, whirlpool, locker rooms, exercise room, indoor gym and more! Activities available for all ages including kid's night out, bingo and more. Community Shuttle (in season) and on-site security. (Recreation fee of $58.00 per person per week-not optional) Saturday to Saturday Rental.

Awesome property
We love staying at Sea Colony properties with clean beaches, a number of indoor and outdoor pools, and fun activities like an outdoor movie and a bonfire.
The specific property we stayed at this year was beautifully decorated, family oriented (tub in one of the bathrooms, cups/dishes that are kid friendly, quality blinds in the kids’ room so they didn’t wake up with the sun), and very comfortable for a week’s vacation. The second bathroom isn’t pictured, which is a shame because it’s gorgeous and appears recently updated. The unit also includes a washer and dryer which are greatly appreciated to do a load of laundry mid-week so we don’t have to pack as much. We will definitely seek out renting this specific condo for future beach trips!

Needs updating
Could be cleaner -ie. kitchen and sink dirty. Sticky cabinets and moldy faucet- we were all grossed out. Furnishings such as blankets and bedspreads worn out and we bought new for ourselves . Linen service only provided 4 bath towels - wasn’t enough - and were missing pillow cases - we had more pillows than cases. The view was nice but our unit took on the odor of what ever was happening in the corridor. At first we thought it was something malodorous in side .
