The home is very well set up with everything you need in the kitchen, and great facilities. The downstairs area is well set up for entertaining with a pool, media room, pool table and bathroom. The upstairs area is roomy, and has great views over the property.Everything was clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was easy, and there were no issues at all.A great place to stay with friends or family.

Great house! Lots of things for the kids to do. Swimming, chickens and fresh eggs, pool table and fire pits to roast marshmallows. Very clean. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was absolutely lovely. My family and I stayed for two nights and were blown away by the amenities and thoughtful touches. The ambiance was beautiful and relaxing. We especially loved the large, well-equipped kitchen, the refreshing pool, and the fun swing out the back — and the kids were thrilled to collect fresh eggs from the chickens!There was always something to do, and it made for such a fun, memorable stay. We’d happily come back and highly recommend it to others.

Fantastic House with all the amenities. House was very clean and kids had a ball downstairs in the theatre room and games room while parents relaxed upstairs. What more can you ask for. Absolutely amazing stay

My group and I had a two night stay, and it was absolutely amazing. A perfect, clean and spacious house in a great location with a fantastic backyard area. The owner, Heidi, was also very friendly, generous and great with communication throughout the stay and with the check in/ check out process. Would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking to stay around the area.

Lovely farm stay

Had a great time with a few families with young kids staying for a long weekend. Easy booking and check in and out process. Well equipped, peaceful and pool was lovely. Very helpful owners who posted something we left behind which was really kind. The only downsides were it was on a busy road (which we would have realised if we had looked closer) so had to be very vigilant, and that one of the bedrooms and bathrooms was only accessible via seperate external stairs. Would be fine for adults but tricky when travelling with young kids as none of them suitable to be this far away. Overall was a great stay. Had a lovely time

Wow - Just - Wow

What an amazing place. The house, pool and gardens were immaculate and perfect for a family get away. Loved the media room and the pool table. Can't speak highly enough of the place. Richmond and ample shopping is 10mins down the road, not that we really left the property. Highly recommend staying here, we'll probably be back.

Excellent home, nestled in a bucolic setting.

Heidi’s home is very clean & well maintained, the perfect setting for members of our family to gather for a wedding in Kurmond. The house & property provided everything we needed, a well stocked kitchen, plenty of clean linens & towels, a swimming pool, a swing & trampoline for the children as well as beautiful views & walks on the property. An added bonus was the home theatre room & pool table. Fun & activities for all ages.

Very impressive.

We had a fantastic weekend at this beautiful, clean, and spacious property and would definitely stay again! The stunning floor-to-ceiling window was a highlight, especially for the grandmother in our family. The generous bedrooms, gorgeous bathrooms, and well-equipped kitchen with essentials made our stay comfortable. The 12 seater dining table was a rare find and perfect for our group.We loved the huge pool, provided towels, kids’ games, veggie garden, and fresh eggs from the chickens—a charming touch! Despite being on a main road, it was peaceful and just 5 minutes from shops.A few things to note: The pool isn’t heated—we knew this before booking, but it would be excellent if it were, especially in cooler weather. The listing says sleeps 12, but two beds are a small single mattress and a fold-out bed, which aren’t ideal and don’t fit in bedrooms. The theatre room gets hot, with only pedestal fans for cooling and most windows of the property don't open. One bedroom is only accessible from outside downstairs, which isn’t clear in the listing. The BBQ and soccer net shown in photos are no longer there, and cooktop instructions would be helpful. The pool/air hockey table was broken, and the theatre recliner lounges weren’t working—we only found out after enquiring during our stay, which would have been nice to know beforehand.These were minor inconveniences that didn’t ruin our stay - we loved the property and would absolutely return!

One of the best holiday homes we’ve stayed in. Beautifully renovated, very clean, and warm and inviting throughout. The kitchen is well equipped, and we loved being able to pick fresh herbs for cooking. Multiple living areas make it great for families or groups.
