Great location sparcely serviced

The house and location were wonderful however at that price it was to be expected that more basic toilettries (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, detergent, dishwasher capsules, garbage bins in the bathrooms, tissues etc) would have been provided. It would have also been nice if tea and coffee were prvided

The house was perfect for a big group of people, with six rooms, two kitchens, multiple living areas, and a garden with a bbq and spa. The view out on the lake was just beautiful, and there was tons of bird life every time we looked out. The property could have been cleaner, and there were a couple of appliances/amenities that could do with some maintenance (we emailed them separately about those), but overall it was a great place for a weekend with friends, and I would recommend it.Also, their payment system is separate from Stayz. This is not mentioned when you book through Stayz initially, so just a heads up if you’re thinking of booking. I found the hosts are pretty responsive, so you can check with them if you’re not sure about their payment system. Note that they have a surcharge on card payments, depending on the card, so your total charge will end up being more than the initial listed price (in my case, about 25 extra).

今次聖誕家庭旅程非常失望。我有超過20年租住旅館經驗，未試過被屋主投訴。今次和家人聖誕聚會，租住這間屋，進屋後發現洗手盆淤塞，房間木門框鬆脫跌下，剛好跌在我頭上，我沒有投訴，只是通知屋主跟進，怎料我的仁慈換來懲罰。第一天晚上差不多七點到達屋內，氣瑥超過37度房間沒有風扇沒有冷氣，求主給鎖匙打開門窗，屋主沒有理會，而大部份窗戶都沒有防蚊網，可能因為這個理由，不給鎖匙打開窗。37度天氣，晚上如何入睡？第二天我和孫兒打開後院的Spa看見池水非常渾濁，我便關閉spa蓋，同樣我的家人亦有打開spa, 他們看見汚水渾濁，亦不敢玩，這些污水真的會引致皮膚病。不幸的我的仁慈換來屋主懲罰。他說是我弄糟Spa水，罰我507清潔費。我告訴他屋外有一個Camera正正對著spa, 可以證明我們清白，他不聽理解，直接扣錢。大家請警惕小心，如果你想晚上瞓覺像焗桑拿一樣就住這間屋。屋內如發現任何破損就馬上投訴，以免像我一樣重蹈覆轍。
