Great location!

A great base from which to explore all the beautiful beaches and walks in this area. Peaceful and sunny, with a lovely outlook. Thanks to our hosts Wendy and Grant.

Very comfortable stay

We had a very pleasant couple of nights at Ocean View. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed seeing the pukekos in the backfield. Great deck to watch a sunset. The local beach is lovely and only minutes away. One note, there was plenty of tea stocked but no coffee or coffee maker so bring instant if you want it! Grant and Wendy were friendly hosts.

Nearly very good

Good accommodation that seems to be in the process of updating? New bathroom/ shower is super. Kitchen needs upgrading. An electric kettle, TV, WIFI, BBQ needed and would make a positive addition to amenities. But in all, a pleasant family apartment.

Based on the online documents we did not expect the best accomodation, but at the arrival we have been very disappointed about the condition of the appartment. The interior has been very old and we found dirty windows, spider webs, dirt with the cutlery, etc.We decided to spend as less as possible time in that appartment. At least we have slept well and the bathroom has been ok.On top the owners do not provide WIFI ... Hello, we are in 2025!!!For the amount of money spent it has been VERY disappointing!!!Worst appartment in 7 weeks in New Zealand. No more comments.
