About this property

Beautiful 2 bedroom suite close to attractions

Come home away from home, relax in our lovely suite, A 10mins drive to the Falls, Casino Niagara, and Clifton Hill!
Its also centrally located to beaches, wineries, golf courses, LCBO, shopping, fine dining, and many of the numerous famous Niagara Falls attractions
Guests get free wifi, a smart TV Netflix & Roku, coffee machine, Free parking for 2 vehicles on premise.
you will love our peaceful neighbourhood too!

The space
This is a secondary unit of our home, located in the basement with its own separate entrance from the backyard.
Ceiling is high enough,
There are two bedrooms, each contain a queen size bed; a nicely appointed living space with a sofa bed, a well furnished kitchen and a decent washroom.
if you are traveling with kids, we have a well equipped playroom for their comfort too (let us know if you need the space for extra sanitization)

Guest access
There is a large backyard, well maintained grass, you are welcome to lounge, take some air, but the deck is off limit (our kids are usually out there)
Backyard is a shared space, let us know if you want to use the grill

Other things to note
The host occupies the the main levels of the house.

*Please note*
we are a young family and have toddlers upstairs. you will hear some noise, we try to keep it down as much as possible.

There is no direct access to control the thermostat, It can be adjusted if needed, let us know.

Nice place to stay

This was a cute little basment area. The neighborhood is very nice and it is a short drive to Niagra Falls. There is also plenty of places to eat near by as well.

Beautiful apartment

It was a wonderful stay. Caroline, our host, was gracious to let us check in earlier, as we got to Canada earlier than expected. It was a very much appreciated gesture after such a long car ride. The apartment was clean and nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Niagara Falls visit

Lovely little basement apartment. Very clean and comfortable. The shower was awesome! Caroline was so helpful and responsive. My only suggestion is to make the house numbers more visible at night. It was a little challenging to find.

Great little place

We traveled from up North to visit family and it’s hard to come by a place that will comfortable fit our family of 5. Caroline’s place was great with enough room to spread out and relax and when needed. Very accommodating to respond to needs or questions. Everyone was very friendly in passing in and out daily. Pull out couch is small so even though it says 6 guests the couch can accommodate 2 small children or one adult (our 13 year old was on it and there wouldn’t have been room to share) Otherwise beautiful, comfortable, and clean.
