With two bedroom on the main floor and two bedrooms upstairs it has plenty of comfortable beds for all. Best of all, it is conveniently situated within walking distance (8-10 min walk) to the stunning Scorton Shores Beach, providing easy access to sand, sun, and surf. Come and enjoy downtown Sandwich, The Glass Museum, Heritage Gardens, The Canal for walks and biking, great restaurants and it's lovely beaches.

Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

Proximity beach and golf courses made this a perfect location for us. Plenty of amenities where there was no need for us to purchase anything we forgot to pack. Really cute house.

Clean, quaint and sufficient

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean on arrival, Checkin was easy with a door code instead of key pick up. Air conditioning was not working, so we relied on window units which sufficiently cooled except on the two 90 degree days. Laundry is available, but located in a cellar type basement which was poorly lit. Seating in the living room was ample but awkwardly laid out. Deck was a nice “extra living space” on cooler days. We enjoyed using the grill for dinners. The beach was conveniently located just a ten minute walk away, but was pretty rocky, so we ended up driving to Hyannis for beach days. The two upstairs bedrooms have walls that don’t go all the way to the ceiling, so lack privacy.
