Perfect location. Beautiful home. Plenty of room for everyone. Hosts offer lots of amenities from coffee to first aid kits. Had a five star weekend.

The house was great and we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book it again but it would have been nice to have a vacuum, broom and dustpan to keep the floors and rugs clean each day. The decks and deck furniture were full of sand from the Nor'easter that happened a week before our stay so I wish that they were cleaned. The last thing is the sliding screen door upstairs to the deck that was very difficult to move. I took it apart and the bottom rollers were seized so I switched them with top rollers so it would move, but it is something you might want to check. Thanks!

We have also sent this information to maintenance so they can immediately take a look and remedy the screen door slider. Blue Seahorse

This is an excellent choice for a beach vacation for a family or group, unless you don't like superb views, short steps from the beach, comfortable beds, and a well appointed kitchen suited for cooking in. The only drawback is that being so close to the dunes makes it impossible not to track sand into the house.

I’ve been coming to the Outer Banks for over thirty years and have rented lots of houses over the years. This one by far is the very best for many reasons. First. It is almost literally on the beach and doesn’t require much walking to get to the surf. Second, the house itself is so well designed and decorated, the attention to detail is amazing. We loved the game room, we also loved the screened porch, we likewise loved the decking and the high quality deck furniture. The hot tub was so relaxing ! The location is also wonderful , no traffic to worry about and very quiet . I’ve never rented the same house twice but I hope to return here very soon. Can’t say enough good things about it !

Perfect getaway

We were blown away when we arrived our first day. Talk about location, location, location ! Some of us were up for sunrise every morning. Being able to literally walk 20 steps and be on the beach was crazy. The crashing waves are loud but put us all to sleep every night. The stairs are tough for 3 floors, you'll get used to them. There are good restaurants nearby, as well as souvenir shopping. We planned pictures on the beach,visited the aquarium, took a wild horse tour,and hired a caterer for a boil served in the kitchen. There is a hot tub to use and i was surprised how many of our families used and enjoyed it. Can't say enough about this property. We may have found a new family tradition for spring time!
