Features double opening doors to the balcony where you can enjoy a BBQ and watch the evening sunsets from the comfort of your outdoor furniture on the balcony.

Only a 5 minute drive to Westfield Shopping Centre West Lakes with all the shops, cafes, restaurants and cinema.

The apartment is located on the top floor. (Please note that there is no lift available in this building).

Great Area

Wonderful position and so quiet. A four-minute drive to Westfields shopping Centre, 3km walk to the main strip of Semaphore where there are numerous cafes and bakeries. A lovely ocean view. Our only letdown was that it is a small unit with only one bathroom for the price paid.
