Thank you for the 4-star review for South Wind 208. I’m glad the condo comfortably accommodated your group and that you enjoyed the balcony view, stocked kitchen, ample linens, convenient parking, and easy pool/beach access. I apologize for the delayed responses and for the issues you encountered — thank you for reporting them so we could send pest control, address the plumbing, and investigate the intermittent sewage odor. If there’s anything more we can improve to earn 5 stars, please share details via Vrbo messaging. We’d love to host you again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the water leak during your stay. We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with this issue, especially during the night, and we regret the disruption it caused to your morning routine and overall comfort. As soon as the issue was reported, we acted quickly to send maintenance out, and the water had to be temporarily shut off to prevent further damage. While our goal was to resolve the leak promptly, we understand that the situation still impacted your ability to enjoy the final night of your stay. We also apologize that the beds were not to your comfort preference. We recognize that mattress firmness is subjective, but we will certainly take your comments into account as we continue to evaluate guest feedback. We did provide compensation as a gesture of goodwill, and again, we truly regret that your experience did not meet expectations. Your feedback is important, and we’re using it to ensure we better manage situations like this moving forward. We hope this will not detour you from a future stay. We would love to have you back again soon and provide you with a better experience.

Thank you for the 5-star review! Glad South Wind 208 was everything you expected. It was our pleasure to host you — we hope to welcome you back. Luxury Beach Rentals
