Beautiful view

Convenient location. Lovely home. Relaxing and warm southern exposure with charming bird life.

David was the perfect guest. David maintained our cleaning lady each two weeks of his stay and she said the place was always kept very well, neat, tidy and cleaned when she arrived. Batteries went weak in my electronic door lock and alarm key pad. David was quick at helping resolve the issue. Utility bills were below average during his stay. We are greatful we rented our home to David and I would recommend him to anyone that needed an amazing, honest and respectful guest in your home. He is the perfect guest. I hope he returns to Palm Springs again and I wouldn’t hesitate to renting to him.

Perfect Vacation Home away from home

We had a lovely stay and Eric went to great lengths to assure a wonderful experience. His home is warm, luxurious, stylish and well appointed. Beds made us delerious with comfort. Great southern exposure right next to pool and succulent fruit trees abound . We hope to return again and enjoy this sensational spot Oh and so well located to DT Palm Springs and all amenities .. completely reccomend . Sparkling clean and well planned kitchen

Excellent hosts

From the minute we walked in the bright white tiles and beautiful modern decor took our breath away. The unit was equipped better than our home with everything you can think of. The condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a TV room, sitting room and an outside deck. The rooms have comfortable couches and even comes with a gas fireplace. We loved the huge garage. The grounds are meticulously maintained with loads of green space and huge pools and hot tubs. We finished off every day with a quite walk around the grounds with our dogs. Book early as you do not want to miss out on this unit. We will be back, thanks for everything especially the new Weber grill. Sid and Cecilia

Great Views in a Beautiful Gated Complex

This three bedroom, two bathroom unit was great. My husband and I enjoyed the view from the south facing patio. The pool and spa are very close. It is a friendly community with walking paths where you meet the neighbors and strike up conversations. We will definitely be booking here again because the owners were helpful and prompt.
