Great location for walking ot the beach, Sandbar and Salt Life. Also ideal for bike ride to town. Secured garage was great for bikes. Roomy condo with plenty of room to spread out.

We enjoyed the property immensely. It was the perfect place for the grandparents, parents and granddaughters of our family. The kids loved the proximity to beach and playground. My friends and I planned an extended weekend away in Amelia Island. We absolutely loved this condo! It was beautiful and spacious. It is located directly across the street from the beach with a couple of restaurants right there. You have a beach view from the porch. It was very clean and had just about everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. It was the perfect location.

2nd time staying here

This visit was just as good as our first visit last year. It is clean and the location is great. Unfortunately the weather prevented us from enjoying the beach and pool but the condo was big enough for us to enjoy dinners and games at home.

Family fun

We came to enjoy a birthday party for my grandchild and to spend time with family. The condo has a breathtaking view of the ocean. It was spacious and comfortable. It is convenient to resturaunts, parks and Fort Clinch State Park. I would highly recommend this property.
