The house was beautiful and spacious. The bedrooms were great and the additional loft was very comfortable as well. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was broken and the pool lights also didn’t work. Other things in the house were also old and outdated. Overall we had a good stay.
The house is beautiful and clean, however pretty tired all around. Only few windows can be opened, the living room furniture is very old. The layout is great, good size bedrooms, beautiful outdoor space - however all needs some TLC. We did notice some rodent activity around the home, and unfortunately also under the kitchen sink. The washer and dryer are very old.
View was amazing!! Great location only a mile to walk to the fish fry and a short 2 miles to get where the cruise ships are. Very quiet area even being off the road. House was big enough where we could bring our kids back too.
I will preface this with I have never left a review in my life. Not a review on a rental property booking, a review on ANYTHING.This house was completely not as advertised. Whoever photographed it deserves an Oscar for cinematography. It is not well kept, and outside of the Master, borderline unlivable. The even larger issue is security. When we arrived at the property, there was a person just sitting on the pool deck. We asked if they were property management staff and they confirmed that they were not, yet just stayed there for twenty minutes. The property can be accessed directly from the public beach, which is where I assume they came from. The backdoor was also unlocked, and the chair immediately inside was wet, which made us assume they had also accessed the house. There was also trash on the property, and one would guess that the management team would not leave that there, so again assuming it was from others that had accessed. We were at the property for a total of 45 minutes, only to allow time to book other accommodations and transportation. All updates were provided to the property owner prior to departing and we are still awaiting feedback as to the status of our refund request.
We are a family of 11 ages 1 yr - 64 yrs. Overall the experience was good due to size and location. Pool is not small but definitely smaller than picture makes it look. We had a big rain and water rushed into the kitchen floor likely down the wall from the window and a portion of the ceiling fell in an upstairs bedroom. I would say some maintenance is needed and living room furniture has seen better days. Beach access is a challenge but not impossible. Management was helpful.

We showed up at the house and couldn’t get in. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone with the code so found another place to stay after 3 hours of waiting. Don’t book this house it’s a scam. Still haven’t received my money back from Vrbo after almost 2 weeks.

We sincerely apologize for the experience you had. We want to assure you that we are not a scam and take guest satisfaction very seriously. Unfortunately, it seems there was a miscommunication regarding your check-in details, and we deeply regret any inconvenience this caused.
We understand your frustration and have processed your 100% refund with VRBO. Rest assured this has never happened before, and we ensure it won't happen again.
My family of seven really enjoyed our stay here. It was my husband and I, our adult sons and their spouses and our 17-year-old. The front was very pretty and the view when you walked in was gorgeous! The house was very clean. The furniture, especially the couches have seen better days. The whole place could use a fresh coat of paint, but the view and patio made up for any issues. The area right behind the house is rocky, but there is a beach area to walk or sit. If you want a real beach, it’s just a 1-2 minute walk. We could catch the jitney out front, but I would rent a car next time. The manager was very responsive when I messaged her. She met us at the house to checkin and gave a quick tour and explanation of security features. The house isn’t really within walking distance of grocery stores, shopping, liquor stores. The house has parking available.Every cab ride was a minimum of 25, often 50 for just going 2 miles, even if was just 2 people. We could have had a mini van for less than what we paid for taxis.

Thank you for your review! We’re so glad to hear that you and your family enjoyed your stay and that you loved the view, patio, and overall cleanliness of the home. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the furniture and paint—we’re always looking for ways to improve, and updates are already in progress.
The location does offer a beautiful setting with easy access to the beach, and we understand that transportation can add up. Renting a car is definitely a great option for added convenience, and we’d be happy to provide recommendations for future stays.
We truly appreciate your kind words about our management team, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!
Stayed with four couples and this house was the ideal setting to enjoy all that Nassau has to offer. We each had our own space, and the communal areas offered plenty of room to spread out or hang out together. The house is beautiful and while it is slightly tricky (just one big step), access to the beach was really nice if you want to hang out for the day. We hired a private chef (Chef Sherman for the win!) to stock the house, give us a welcome celebration and do a full day of meals one day. Excellent food and so nice to not have to go out. We did have a plumbing issue, but the communication and response time was incredible. Cornelia is on top of every need and goes out of her way to make sure you're happy with your stay.FYI - The pool is not heated and doesn't get full sun all day, so we couldn't use it much in March, sadly. They do offer cleaning service midweek. Super affordable and they'll restock toilet paper! We made a lot of great memories in that house. Highly recommend! A couple of tips for Nassau--find a taxi driver you trust and work with them directly after the first ride if you can as prices can be all over the place (ask for Isaah or Matthew - both five star, honest drivers with Road Runner service). Go to Blue Sail for lunch - great service,, cool outdoor bar and access to the loungers above the beach. Visit Love Beach - uncrowded and beautiful (Nirvana Beach Club entrance is 5, chair rentals are 7 and beers are cheap.) And bring plenty of cash!
