36 m2 studio apartment on the beachfront (150 m), next to Lido Square, between the Copacabana Palace and Leme (excellent location).
The living room/bedroom has a double bed, sofa bed, dining table, 55" smart TV, 350MB Wi-Fi, and a screen on the window. The bathroom has been renovated and completely modernised.
The kitchen includes a refrigerator, air fryer, stove, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, pots and pans, and other new, high-quality items. The building has 24-hour security.
Plenty of shops and services are located on the same block, including: Inter and Pão de Açúcar supermarkets; Kopenhagen coffee shop; Pacheco pharmacy; and Itaú, Bradesco, and Santander banks.
