Great location.

House had everything we needed but we had 7 people in our family and only 6 towels. Lots of gnats in every room. Hand rail going down staircase indoors needs repaired. Need lighting going upstairs on outdoor staircase. Dresser drawer at bottom was broken. Beds were great. Appliances worked great. Great neighborhood. Great location. Very comfortable for short time we were there.

This place was great for our family vacation to Pigeon Forge TN. The check-in process was seamless. We had the rental address and door code prior to our check-in day. Upon our arrival, though, the WIFI password wasn't readily available in the unit, as the email indicated. (Maybe a communication error between the owner and Evolve, but Cathy was quick to respond when I reached out to her.)The rental has an open concept with a fireplace in the living room. The master king bedroom is very large. It has plenty of room for a crib, if you need one. En suite is very nice with a walk-in shower. The second king bedroom has it's own bathroom with a tub. In the lower level, there are 3 twin beds with a fireplace, and a pool table. The hot tub is on the back patio of the lower level. The upper level is a screened in porch. Just perfect to enjoy a meal outdoors. There are also 5 large screen televisions with high speed internet.The house sits along the river with lots of geese in the area. It was very peaceful enjoying the view from the front porch swing. Located off Henderson Chapel Road, it's very convenient to all the action. This place had most everything you could need--(except a toaster and a pitcher). Bring your own, if they're a necessity. It wasn't a deal breaker for us.We'd definitely stay here again and recommend this rental to anyone. Thanks Cathy!
