Ground floor and is totally private and separate with its own private entrance. Free parking. No shared areas. One bedroom with a queen size bed, a lounge area with a large TV, a sofa, another sofa which can be converted into a comfortable queen size bed which we make up when needed. The bathroom has a shower and bath and there is a separate toilet. Hairdryer, towels, soap and shampoo are provided. All linen provided. Everything you will need for a comfortable stay: kettle, toaster, coffee pod machine, little oven/grill, induction stove plate, electric frying pan, all crockery/cutlery.The rooms have wardrobes with hangers, chest of drawers and a fan. Infant cot available on request. FREE Wi-Fi..Only a few minutes walk to the beach, lovely lakes with wild birds, outdoor exercise area and kiddies play park. Pet friendly at an extra charge of $20 p/day to be paid in cash on arrival.No meals served by the host.No parties will be allowed on the property. NO SMOKING ESTABLISHMENT.
