The property is a GEM. Absolutely stunning!Million dollar views of the ocean. The interior is amazing too, spacious, modern and clean. Safe gated small community with a beautiful infinity pool.

Everything about this property was perfect! Very clean, the kitchen had all we needed (and more) to make meals, the beds were comfortable, the area is safe and quiet, and the pool was just right and always empty. The property is beautiful! There is a beautiful, secluded beach within walking distance. The owners have beach chairs, body boards, and towels for you to use. This was a nice touch. The views from the property were amazing! We enjoyed having the pool to ourselves many days. You will need a car if you are staying here as there are not places within walking distance. The road to the property is quite steep! Our family of four had plenty of room and enjoyed staying at this home!

Beautiful condo and great location

The condo was beautiful - just like in the pictures - clean, very comfortable beds, spacious, well equipped. It had amazing views and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the deck each night. You can hear the ocean from the bedrooms and decks! The pool was so nice with comfortable lounge chairs, sunshades, the grill and bathrooms and also fantastic views. Within walking distance to two great beaches - long beaches, not crowded, excellent waves - we never wanted to leave the beach! If you're renting a car and driving around, we found WAZE worked best for directions. It's hard to find the condo complex you're first time - it has a small sign and there is a guardhouse and gate across the entrance. We missed it and later realized WAZE would have probably gotten us there. Juan Diego and Marisol from Special Places were extremely helpful both before our arrival and during our stay. If you're arriving later in the day/evening, I recommend having Special Places stock the kitchen with some staples. Juan Diego had many great recommendations of activities and restaurants that we truly enjoyed! We will definitely return!

Costa Rica

The condo is beautiful and very clean . It has wonderful views. The beds and furniture are all comfortable. It’s close to restaurants and grocery stores. The roof was being repaired the week we were there which was extremely noisy but the owners did give us a 50 % discount on our stay which was fair.The stove is very difficult to work. You may want to leave directions on how to use it. The local hosts were not very responsive. We told them water was coming down from the dinning room a/c unit which we shut off. We also mentioned that the front door doesn’t open properly and that there was a hole in the ceiling from the roofers. We had to physically go to their office to get a reply about the roof situation. Having had a home on VRBO in the Canadian Rockies I know all about the issues that can arise. I just thought you should know about their service. Your condo is just lovely !!!
