Very comfortable home. Lots of space for a large group. It had something for everyone - hot tub, fire pit, pool table, ping pong, gaming,etc. Host was very responsive and kind. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again!

My party of 14 stayed at Toddโ€™s over Thanksgiving. The adults enjoyed the 3 bedrooms and the kids loved the game/rec room with the Murphy beds and games. The ropes/obstacle course in the basement is really neatโ€”but I agree with other reviews that itโ€™s best for younger kids. We liked the hot tub and fire pit area. Todd was very responsive before and during our stay.

Fun Family Stay

We were in town to visit my family and this home had all of the amenities we needed to keep everyone entertained. The Escape Room Game was a fun challenge and there were nice added details throughout the home. The host was very helpful and responsive when we had questions. We truly enjoyed our stay.

This was a great value for our large crowd with lots of little ones. The house had everything we needed, hot tub worked great. Todd was very responsive and even sent someone for service promptly when we requested it. Highly recommend!

Great hot tub!

The house provided a nice place for us to relax with our kids for a few days. The younger ones (10 and down) enjoyed the basement play ground and everyone loved the hot tub. While the whole place was a little outdated, it was definitely clean and comfortable. Thanks Todd!

Very relaxing

We had a relaxing stay. It was nice to be close to shopping and restaurants. The hot tub was wonderful and we enjoyed utilizing the game room. The house was comfortable as were the beds. It is on quite a busy street so, as you would expect, there was some traffic noise but it didnโ€™t take away from our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Toddโ€™s place, and our host was very attentive. The house is truly exceptional for families with young children; the indoor playground and large game room kept our kids entertained for hours, especially with the cold, rainy weather. The layout is extremely thoughtful: spacious bedrooms, plenty of open play space, and a secure, coded door at the stairs that gave us real peace of mind. South Bend turned out to be a perfect halfway meeting spot for my sister and me, and this home made the trip even better. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and clearly designed with families in mind. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Quick overnight getaway

Our family needed a night away together to relax and connect. My husband and boys loved the game room, my daughter and I loved the beautiful colors and decor throughout the house. The patio swings were great for reading, chatting, and relaxing. The owner was quick to respond to communication.

ND v. USC weekend

Wonderful home for multiple couples. Even though it rained for most of the weekend so we couldn't enjoy the fire pit and hot tub, we definitely enjoyed the spacious main family and dining room to visit with our friends and family.

Football weekend stay

The outside features were awesome. Great spot to sip drinks and catch up with friends. The inside of the house was cozy but oldish. Everything was clean. Smaller bathroom shower is only usable by small people. Very small. An overall decent spot for the small amount of time spent at the house.

Wonderful home!

This vacation with my family was perfect! The jungle gym was so much fun. All of my grandkids enjoyed it. Even the 6 month old enjoyed the swing. The back patio was perfect. Actually had our family photos taken in the back yard (owner permission of course). The rest of the house was nice too. Plenty of room. Every thing was functional. The road out front is a busy one but it didnโ€™t seem like it while sitting inside or out back. 5 of my grandkids and I played and had a dance party on the last morning in the jungle gym while all the other adults cleaned up.

Wedding weekend

There was a lot of space overall. The kitchen is small but well stocked with pots, pans, and implements. Plenty of silverware. Hot tub was nice. The kids didnโ€™t use the basement jungle gym as much as we thought because a lot of the activities were higher than they could reach and we didnโ€™t use the stair slide because it was too steep and fast. But what they could use was very fun. It was a great location for what we needed. I would book it again if I need to stay in South Bend. The bedrooms were very nice as was the game room. Overall good experience!
