The space
The house is nestled on The High Road with 180-degree views for miles of Texas Hill Country and the Austin skyline. Timeless design and comfort define this modern dream home. Designed by renowned architect Dianne Kett, includes pool, infinity spa, fire pit, full outdoor living and kitchen set up.

This home has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and can accommodate 14 people. The property is located in the highly sought-after area of Westlake, 15 minutes from downtown Austin and 5 minutes to Lake Austin.

The Main Level of the home opens to an expansive living, modern kitchen and large dining area that opens out the pool and incredible screened porch. The Chef`s dream kitchen is spacious, perfect for entertaining with Miele Coffee Maker, food steamer, toaster, blender, Wolf commercial appliances, wine fridge, beverage fridge, an extra refrigerator in the Butler`s pantry, stunning marble countertops and huge island with seating. If you prefer to grill, you will enjoy a unique stainless gas grill just steps from the kitchen.

The open kitchen seamlessly connects the Dinning and Great Rooms and a wall of windows with views of pool and large built-in screened porch. The Great Room is full of windows with large 4k TV and Sonos Surround that opens to the large screened in porch with gas fireplace and views of The Texas Hill Country. The beautifully landscaped backyard is the perfect entertainment area that is arguably the best space on the entire estate.

For dinner gatherings, the windowed dining room possesses a beautiful 10-person modern dining table, a gorgeously modern chandelier, and wet bar.

The Primary Suite is on the 2nd floor and has the feeling of a tree house with a huge balcony. When you wake in the morning and open the blackout curtains you are left with unobstructed views of a peaceful hill country view from sunrise to sunset. Just steps away from the king size bed is a luxurious bathroom with a heated bidet, walk-in shower and steamer, and soaking tub.

One other bedroom on the 2nd floor includes King Size bed and attached bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed with attached (shared) bathroom. The 4th room on the 2nd floor has a Queen over Queen bunk bed, perfect for hosting little ones or couples. There is also a twin Day Bed that pulls a twin trundle out from the bottom and a large TV perfect for entertaining kids with a movie.

The 5th bedroom is located downstairs and hosts a King size bed, attached (shared) bathroom with walk-in shower. This is a perfect room for ADA guests that can’t easily access the stairs.

Guests have access to the entire home, but a few locked closets and garage are for owner access only.

POOL AND SPA:
The large pool/spa overlooks miles of Texas Hill Country and has incredible entertaining areas including a large, heated pool and infinity spa with incredible views of The Texas Hill Country. The spa is free to heat, but there is a $200 per day charge to heat the pool, because of it`s rather large size. Pool heating is based on availability of propane and must be requested and paid in advance of stay. Pool heating hours are from 12am to 8am to properly filter the pool during the day.

PROPERTY:
The grounds are heavily landscaped and sit on nearly an acre lot which is private, tranquil. Amazing open floor plan for entertaining, co-working, relaxing and just having fun with your group! You are going to love the experience this home will provide. Toro can serve as your destination or just a place to rest after a long day in Austin. The modern interior, windows and views allows you to relax and enjoy all this property has to offer. Stay in for dinner & grill out while enjoying the pool & hot tub surrounded by beautiful trees and landscape. Just 10 minutes from downtown Austin, this home provides a wonderful retreat allowing your group to relax or socialize.

Please be advised that this is a quiet neighborhood and we have a strict no party rule for this house. We do not have outdoor speakers on this property, nor do we allow guests to bring their own speakers. No bachelor/ette parties, corporate events or professional photography allowed.

Guest access
The guests will be able to access all of the space around the property. Toro is designed for you to enjoy. It is a one-acre lot which has a front yard, large side yard and a secluded area behind the pool. The house is designed to have a seamless inside and outside feel, it is a great place to enjoy the entertainment of your group. The pavilions, balcony, pool area and the open floor plan with many windows allow you to view almost any part of property at any time.

Other things to note
The guest will have access to most all of the amenities the house has to offer. Along with the swimming pool, spa, outdoor grill, extra refrigerator and ice machine, working fireplace, and immaculate landscaped areas. The garage and owner closet will be inaccessible to guests. The spa is free to heat, but there is a $200 per day charge to heat the pool.

Rideshare or rental cars are recommended during stay.
A. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. No parties.
B. All guests shall abide by SPRKhost’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
C. Pets are not permitted unless specifically preapproved by the SPRKhost.
D. Renter must be at least 28 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if different). Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
E. No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the premises.
F. No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property without preapproval by SPRKhost. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
G. Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
H. No fireworks on premises at any time.

I. No glitter, silly string, tape on walls for decoration, water balloons or hair dye

J. Please let us know if anything is broken as soon as possible. SPRKhost will make a reasonable effort to resolve any issues with the home or amenities located on the property.

L. Travel Insurance: We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to help protect against financial loss if you must cancel your reservation for a covered reason.

M. Heating the pool without permission will result in a fine based on usage.
