This is a nice home in Little Italy. It was spacious and easy to find with good parking. It had everything to make our stay comfortable-- 2 bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We received 2 towels each for 2 nights. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware that allowed us to cook our meals and even enjoy a meal in the backyard. It is in a great location close to Rainbow Bridge at Niagara Falls and even a Wal-Mart 15 min away. Communication with owner great. Would definitely return!!

Here’s a stronger, factual version that incorporates those additional details while keeping the review focused on your firsthand experience:Our experience with this property was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the house was not properly maintained. The kitchen had a terrible smell and there were flies inside, making it unpleasant to use. Overall, the house was dirty and appeared outdated, with little to no renovation.The living room did not have air conditioning, which made the common area very uncomfortable, especially during warm weather. None of the windows could be opened because they were extremely old and appeared to be inoperable. The ground-floor bathroom sink was also leaking throughout our stay. Outside, the grass had clearly not been trimmed for a long time, giving the property an unkempt appearance.We reported these issues to the owner on the very first day, hoping they would be addressed. Unfortunately, the owner never acknowledged the problems or made any effort to resolve them. Instead of accepting responsibility, the owner engaged in illogical arguments and dismissed our concerns.To make matters worse, the owner admitted to recording us without our knowledge or consent. We found this to be a serious invasion of our privacy and completely unacceptable.Considering the poor condition of the property, the lack of maintenance, and the owner’s unprofessional behavior, the price charged was far too high.
