Modern home with all the amenities you'll need The house has a capacity for 8 people with spacious and very comfortable rooms. The garden area has a beautiful pool perfect to enjoy with family and friends. This home is a new construction just built in 2019. If you need more information about this home please do not hesitate to contact me.

For big families, we also have the option to book the adjacent house and open the separating gate to join both patios. Please let me know if you are interested in it for availability. Please keep doors and windows closed if A/C or heather is on, electricity is expensive in Puerto Penasco help us to conserve energy. The pool is not heated during wintertime.
