This is a newly renovated apartment and while being centrally located with all the trappings the CBD has to offer, its set in a quiet, peaceful area of the city, not far from some of Adelaide's most beautiful parklands and playgrounds. Yes the property has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms and a big loungeroom. It also has a large balcony that offers an outdoor grill and dining facilities, a lovely kitchen that's fully equipped and an added bonus, secure, undercover, free carparking and new block out blinds and curtains
The space Two bedrooms 1. Queen bed with en-suite 2. Double bed with a single bunk bed over it with direct access to the main bathroom that also has a full bath for the kids. A extra single bed can be added to this room on request. Both bedrooms have robes.
The lounge room/kitchen area have separate access to the main bathroom. The lounge room can accommodate a further 2 fold out double sofa beds on request.
Showcasing a modern black and white kitchen overlooking a large open plan living room that features a sliding door to the all weather, undercover balcony.
The balcony is a room in itself with a outdoor heater, electric grill/BBQ along with a beautiful wicker cane table and chairs for outdoor entertainment.
There are 2 split systems, one in the lounge room and one in the main bedroom with the queen bed in it.
Other things to note If your puzzledby the photos, the property is currently under renovations and won't be ready until the end of July. The photos are from the tenant of the property. I will be updating the photos in mid July. Aside from a bit of a puzzle to find the correct key locker, the accommodation was excellent for our purposes. Close to the Adelaide Showgrounds, across from a number of food venues, and secure car parking. The unit was ideal for the two of us with two ensuite bathrooms. The unit was clean and remarkably quiet, considering its location on busy Pulteney Street. Easy to recommend with 5 stars.

The location of the property was perfect for us as it was close to St Andrew’s hospital, within walking distance, lovely park area, plenty of good eating places and close to the city. The unit is very clean, well equipped and comfortable, well secured and secure parking for the car. I communicated with the property manager Shelley several times, she was lovely and very helpful and made our stay in Adelaide easier. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Property very comfortable & clean. Only negative was sensor lights in corridor outside second bedroom. Even though blinds in place, lights disturbed occupants sleep.
Clean and well organized. Shelly is a wonderful host and made sure you had everything you needed for your stay. Great location, not far from shopping and everything in between. 10/10 would stay again!

Stayed for 4days / 3 nights a lovely generous sized apartment with a safe undercover carpark. 2 bedrooms, 2 ensuites Situated at the quieter end of the cbd near parks cafes & free bus line. Just one problem one bedroom close to main road so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper otherwise a perfect place.
Our family enjoyed the lovely apartment. Beautifully decorated, clean and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. Location is perfect, bus stop right out the front and close to the parks. The host/property manager was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a city accommodation.

Beds were great, clean and tidy. On the outer edge of CBD. Had all necessary amenities. Easy enough to get a bus or Uber to get around. No streaming unless you had your own to use.
Everything we needed for a 2 night city break for 6 people. The bed was very comfortable, 2 bathrooms and a bath was a welcome bonus. Easy access to the park and city.

Shelley was a great host, very speedy and helpful comms.Instructions to obtain key were a little tricky initially but fine. Great location, very quiet considering its central location. A very convenient base for visiting the city centre - galleries, shops, parks etc. Bus stop directly opposite where you can take buses to West End, galleries and shopping centre. We really appreciated the free gated parking on site. The apartment has an eclectic mix of ornaments and artwork. It’s well-equipped with good kitchen, fridge freezer and washing machine.A few things worth noting: It’s darker inside than the impression in photos, but the balcony is a saving grace. The 2nd bedroom has no natural light as the window faces onto the internal corridor.Cooking smells occasionally permeate the communal corridors, but not the apartment.The bath is shorter than standard, but is a spa bath.The bed is kingsize in master bedroom. The apartment was great for our 2 nights in Adelaide for sight seeing and Shelly is very helpful.

Main bedroom hate the silk sheets on bed very hot so moved to the other room .in both bathroom no hand towels .no mat for inside showers very slippery just about fell over.no toilet wash to clean toilet when used. good cafe around area and bus stop not to far away.
