One minute down White Avenue to the beach — one of Holmes Beach's quieter access points, away from the main public parking crowds. Escape To Serenity A is a ground-level Holmes Beach vacation rental with a private fenced pool in a lush tropical yard and the Gulf genuinely close.

The private pool is for the exclusive use of Side A guests — fully enclosed for privacy and security. The pool deck has a gas grill for cookouts and outdoor seating for the evenings.

Two bedrooms sleep six. The primary bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room sleeper sofa handles the remaining guests. One full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home. High-speed WiFi included.

Beach gear is provided — grab everything and head down White Avenue to the sand.

Escape To Serenity A requires a one-week minimum stay with parking for two vehicles. Not pet-friendly.

*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due

You are vacationing in a residential area, please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

The weather did not cooperate with our vacation so we only got to use the pool once. The pool was very cold until Thursday and we did use it then.

Hi Angie, yes your week was unfortunately a cold week for us and so sorry about that, we definitely wish we could control the weather! The pool heater will not work when the ambient temperature is below 60 degrees. Nothing in the review was actually mentioned about the home just a 4-star review on the weather and pool but since we didn't hear from you at all during your stay we hope you enjoyed overall!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Escape to Serenity A. It was perfect for our family of 3 for a lovely week at the beach. It is a short walk to the beach via White Ave. It was clean and everything was in working order with plenty of kitchen items. We even got in earlier than posted check in time! The welcome package had more than enough dish pods and extra trash bags for us. I would recommend some throw blankets be available as the air conditioning works great! There was plenty of hot water available for all 3 of us to use back to back which was great coming in from the beach/pool each day. I wasn’t a fan of the outdoor laundry but know that is common in Florida homes and it wouldn’t make us not consider renting it again. Also, the photos show bikes but there weren’t any when we were there. Again, not a deal breaker for us. There were some beach chairs, beach toys, a wagon, pool noodles and floats available which is nice if you need them. That area of the beach seemed less busy so it made for great days! All in all I recommend this place for a small family. We will definitely consider renting from Island Vacation Properties again as they were excellent at communication and I feel if we had issues, they would have been very attentive to any issues. Highly recommend them!

Perfect Place

We’ve been coming to AMI for past 7 years+ 8th visit this April. Stayed several places and this by far was one of our favorites and was perfect for husband and I. Loved the location, the space, amenities, bed was super comfortable and pool perfect! Looking forward to booking it again in the Fall!

Beautiful AMI

The unit was clean and the beds were very comfortable. For families with kids- there are no games, puzzles or pool toys. The cons- beach chairs are extremely cheap and uncomfortable, no wagon to haul everything and it would be nice if there were hooks to hang towels etc. overall we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful

We had a great stay, my only complaint I wish it was longer! We were walking distance to the beach and a short drive to most stores & restaurants. The house is really nice and very private! The photos looks like 2 units in one building but it is one stand alone building with another beside it and you can’t see or hear each other which was nice.
