Steps to the BEACH! Ocean Annie's 2 Kings
Enjoy Myrtle Beach in Comfort - Our cottage is a 3 bedroom / 2 bath with over 1200 sq ft. Master King with ensuite, 2nd bedroom King and 3rd bedroom has 2 double beds both share a jack and jill bathroom.
Just a few minute walk to the famous Ocean Annies's and the beach. This had been a private residence for decades and we decided to let others enjoy our place. Updated kitchen and baths. All new furniture - we prefer space over clutter so this unit is sparsely furnished with new leather couch and two swivel rockers, super comfortable gel foam mattresses.
65" Smart TV = WIFI
Kitchen is well appointed for all your cooking needs.
Washer and dryer in the unit.
Two outdoor seating areas for your relaxation and enjoyment.
This Property is our family Beach Home. We have all the things you would want in a home. Toaster Oven, Coffee Maker (Kureg and Nespresso), vitamix blender, microwave, stove / Oven, refrigerator with ice maker, Central Air and Heat, Wifi, Smart TV, Washer and Dryer, Outdoor bar area, Outdoor seating, Outdoor shower, covered parking, towels, sheets and pillows.
Master bedroom has a super comfortable King bed with private bathroom. Second bedroom has a King bed and shares a bath with the third bedroom which has 2 double beds. Each bedroom has a smart tv.
Living room has a 65" smart tv
