This home is newly renovated within 5 minutes of Ballarat's city centre. The home boasts features of modern and heritage design, reflection of the beautiful area of Soldiers Hill. There is a new gas fireplace located in the lounge room and central heating perfect for Ballarat's lovely winter.

The home features 2 walk in showers and a large bathtub, available for all guests. Spacious living areas with Smart TV's located in the family room and back kitchen/living room. There is ample parking space in the driveway or located out front.

There are 3 bedrooms - 2 x queen beds and 2 x single beds perfect for a large family. All beds are fitted with quality linen, towels and amenities.

Wonderful accomodation in Ballarat

Soldiers on Brougham accommodation was of exceptional standard. Its beautifully appointed, in a georgeous suburb of Ballarat, close to central Town area and close to great cafes close by. Our family had a wonderful stay. Host is very attentive. Thank you.
