Sound proofing between apartments is disgraceful

walked in to the house after driving 1000klms... the neightbour that shares a paper thin wall had their tv on... could hear it as clear as crystal thru the timber wall. the property manager was good to give us a refund and we where lucky to be able to get another house at short notice but as far as im concerned its an unrentable house as it is

Hey James! You didn't even stay at our home in the end? You walked in and DEMANDED a refund within 5 minutes? We quickly consented, placing you firming in the category of "male Karen" that we do not wish to deal with as mum & dad owners of the home. The cute timber workers cottage, is advertised as a unit, backing onto another one - I'm not sure what you expected? We have had close to 100 guests stay at the home without any problems. Should you travel back through Toowoomba, kindly do not book any of our homes. We don't wish to host you, your attitude and unreasonable expectations. All the best.
